Through innovative tools and proactive collaboration, we give our clients accurate and timely costing information needed to deliver a project with the highest quality and value.

 

We are a minority-owned full-service construction cost estimating firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, and Maryland. Strategically located, we provide quality estimating nationwide in a variety of markets. Our primary services include conceptual cost modeling, budget verification, cost management, and value management. 

Our team of experienced professionals have over 150 years of combined cost estimating experience in a variety of market sectors nationwide with projects ranging from thousands of dollars to over $150 Million. Our staff includes Certified Professional Estimators, a Registered Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. 

Having a highly experienced team with a collaborative spirit and focus on customer service, Palacio Collaborative aims to exceed our client’s expectations on every project.

History & Growth

Since our inception in December 2006, Palacio Collaborative has embraced a client-focused philosophy that places collaboration and innovative guidance at the firm's core.

Key Firm Milestones

  • December 2006: Palacio Collaborative was founded by Michael D. Palacio.

  • February 2008: The Atlanta Headquarters opens and the Maryland office opens in Bowie.

  • September 2016: The Louisiana office opens in New Orleans.

  • January 2018: The North Carolina offices open in Durham and Charlotte.

  • November 2018: The South Carolina office opens in Greenville.

  • January 2020: Major organizational restructuring to expand operations and marketing services to better serve our clients.

  • June 2020: The Texas office opens in Austin.
