Through innovative tools and proactive collaboration, we give our clients accurate and timely construction cost information needed to deliver a project with the highest quality and value.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana, we support projects nationwide across higher education, K–12, healthcare, government, civic, sports and recreation, and other public-facing sectors. Our services include conceptual cost modeling, cost estimating, budget verification, value management, and estimate reconciliation.

Using current market intelligence, detailed estimating, and our proprietary Genesys® conceptual cost modeling platform, we help clients identify budget challenges early and avoid costly surprises later. Since 2007, Palacio Collaborative has completed more than 3,000 estimates on projects ranging from small renovations to developments exceeding $200 million.
