R. Terry Dickerson, LEED AP
Vice President, Cost Management
Terry is a LEED Accredited Professional with over 20 years in the design and construction industry. As Vice President of Cost Management, he oversees each project achieves Palacio Collaborative’s core mission to manage cost from start to finish, preserve the integrity of the design and give the Owner the most building value the budget will allow.
He is also a Senior Cost Manager spearheading delivery for project ranging from $1 Million to over $100 Million setting project budgets, providing timely and accurate cost estimates, and leading reconciliation efforts.
As a member of the US Green Building Council, assisting the Owner to achieve sustainability and long-term best value for their building projects is paramount to Palacio Collaborative.
Terry is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design.
