Palacio Unveils New Brand Identity



FEBRUARY 15, 2021 - Palacio Collaborative, a minority-owned full-service construction cost estimating firm, announced today the launch of its new brand identity. The firm's rapid growth and evolution demanded a brand strategy and visual expression that reflects the innovative vision of the firm.


The rebranding kicks off the firm’s 15-year anniversary, a momentous milestone that reflects its transformation over a decade and a half, during which it has grown to seven offices, developed a proprietary cost modeling tool called Genesys®, and has estimated over 1500 projects nationwide.
