Kaye has over 30 years of experience in design and construction with certifications in MCACES and On-Screen software technologies. She is a Senior Cost Manager and co-leads the Carolinas' Division spearheading projects ranging from $100,000 to over $200 million. Her broad estimating experience spans numerous industry sectors including K-12, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Aviation projects. She is responsible for civil, structural and architectural divisions; analyzing blueprints and documentation to prepare quantity takeoffs and cost summaries; and consulting with clients, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, owners, and vendors to discuss changes and adjustments while formulating timely and accurate cost estimates.
