Michael has 25 years of experience in the Design and Construction industry. He is the President and Chief Cost Manager providing oversight for all projects ranging from $1 Million to over $100 Million. His core mission is to manage cost from start to finish, preserve the integrity of the design, and give the Owner the most building value for their budget.
A Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), Michael has worked on numerous building types in every sector including Medical, Municipal, Government, Residential, K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, and Historic Preservation. Specifically, Michael has worked on building projects that have achieved
LEED Platinum certification and below.
As a member of the US Green Building Council, Palacio Collaborative has assisted the Owner achieve sustainability and long-term best value for their projects. Michael serves the Client best in his ability to provide accurate budgeting in the form of Cost Models. His accuracy in reconciling scope and budget in the preliminary stages of the project has assisted many Clients in maintaining cost control through to final construction.
Michael is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Architecture.
