Since 2020, we have provided Cost Management services for dozens of task orders as a member of the BSA LifeStructures team which provides professional services directly for the University of Texas at Austin.

Our Cost Management services supported:

• The Integrative Biology Pat Zamudio Lab renovation within the Center for Biodiversity, which transformed existing wet lab and office space into new offices and student spaces. 

• The Molecular Biosciences Building renovation involved the creation of an open-concept modular lab environment with dedicated tissue culture and microscopy areas. 

• The Hang Ren Lab renovation in the Faulkner Nanoscience and Technology building integrated three existing lab rooms into one laboratory.

• In Welch Hall, the Edoardo Baldini Lab renovation required a soundproof mechanical room.
